About Penny Browning

I first became interested in Hypnotherapy several years ago, when I attended two post-Graduate seminars, with the Dentists I work with. They were entitled 'Hypnotherapy and Body Language in Dentistry and Medicine' I was fascinated and could see how it could help not only the industry that I worked in but so much more. I knew straightaway that I wanted to learn more and eventually set up in practice, to put this knowledge to good use.

So when I was in the position to be able to study it more thoroughly and train and eventually qualify I jumped at the chance. I trained at CPHT (Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training) in Bristol and am a member of the following bodies and registers :-

  • NCP - National Council of Psychotherapists
  • NCH - National Council for Hypnotherapy
  • GHR - General Hypnotherapy Register
  • APHP - Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy
I continue to attend as many seminars and lectures as possible so that I can keep up with the advancements in knowledge as it becomes available, to be able to better serve and help my clients.
